Famous Nigerian dancer, Poco Lee has finally spoken out for the first time on the death of Mohbad.
Taking to his Instagram page, Poco Lee revealed that he had just gotten off the phone with Bella Shmurda, who was a close friend of Mohbad, and he disclosed things about the singer’s death.
Poco Lee stated that Bella is the only man who literally knows what Mohbad really went through as he claimed that Bella disclosed to him that Mohbad has been appearing to him crying.
He added that Bella further said Mohbad lost self-esteem a long time ago and even doubted himself about dropping a song wondering if people would listen to him.
He further added that Bella Shmurda is coming to speak out and the truth shall prevail.
“Bella the only man who literally knows what Mohbad (RIP) really went through. Just got off the phone with Bella & he said in his words that Mohbad has been appearing to him crying. Bella further said Mohbad lost self-esteem long time he even doubted himself about dropping a song wondering if people would listen to him. No long talk Bella is coming & the truth shall prevail”.
Before Mohbad’s death, Bella Shmurda had recounted how Mohbad had almost committed suic!de.
Bella spoke at length about, Mohbad’s issues with his record label, Marlians, which is owned by Naira Marley, and how his girlfriend saved him from suicide.
Bella further slammed Naira Marley and his label for pretending that all was well between Mohbad and the management.
Show manager, Paul Okoye otherwise known as Pauloo had also noted how Mohbad had opened up to him on his fears, harassment, and depression.
He stated that despite it all, Mohbad remained resilient, and full of life, unfortunately, his shining light was cut short.
Mohbad was signed to Naira Marley’s” Marlian Records” and left the label in 2022.
Recall that in an Instagram live session, after his release from NDLEA’s camp, Mohbad had alleged that Naira Marley and other members of the group were after his life.
He expressed his belief that Naira Marley and Marlian music would play a role in his demise, as he told his fans to hold the label boss accountable for his death.
The singer and rapper had also posted clips of an alleged assault he suffered at the hands of Naira Marley’s Crew after he requested to change his manager.
However, Naira Marley denied his allegations.
