Controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola better known as Portable isn’t done dragging his colleague, Dammy Krane over Davido.
On Wednesday, Dammy had resumed his beef with Davido, making several damaging allegations against him. In the background of the video, Dammy Krane was playing his song with Portable tagged “Number 1”, which didn’t sit well with the controversial singer.
Taking to his Instagram page to blast him, Portable warned him to stop using their song in his videos to drag Davido as he noted how the award-winning singer is his helper. He admonished the singer, who has fallen off over the years, to physically confront Davido, if he has issues with him.
He further berated Dammy for always dissing the singer, who has been of help to him in the past as he took a swipe at Dammy’s financial status, claiming that he lives in a room in Lekki and is yet to pay him for the featured song.
Not done with the dragging, Portable in a new video, further took a swipe at Dammy stating that if he had the same assistance Davido gave him, his career would be bigger. He noted how the music star gave Dammy Krane everything, but Dammy didn’t give him anything in return.
“If Davido gave me the same help that he gave you, I’d have been bigger. He gave you everything, what did you give back?”.
Recall that in November, Portable, who had been begging Davido for a verse, left many surprised as he teamed up with Dammy Krane to diss the singer in a new track. The duo shared a video of them in the studio recording the track, which no doubt took several shots at Davido.
The collaboration didn’t sit well with many, especially with Portable’s close relationship with Davido.
For years now, Davido and Dammy Krane have been at loggerheads after the latter accused him of owing him money. In response, Davido highlighted his support for Dammy Krane in the past, including providing him with accommodation when he needed it. However, Dammy Krane maintained that this support does not negate the financial debt owed to him.
This disagreement has escalated over time, with Dammy Krane repeatedly calling out Davido on social media, accusing him of being a habitual debtor. He had even claimed that the singer almost tried killing him as he recounted his harrowing near-fatal incident at a Lagos nightclub club late last year.
