Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has penned a note to his father, Badmus Taosan, as he marks his birthday today.
Taking to his Instagram page, he shared a photo of his father and a prayerful note. Wishing him a happy birthday, Portable prayed that God blesses him.

The celebrant also took to his Instagram page to celebrate his birthday. He wrote, “Happy birthday to me”.

Last month, Portable had cried out in fear over his recent observation in America. The singer, in a video captured online, revealed that American citizens are always carrying guns like phones in their pockets. According to him, those who have been coming to welcome him into the country and greet him have been coming with guns.
He expressed fear that he could end up being killed should he engage in an argument with any of them. However, he remains strong that nothing can happen to him.
In May, Portable cried out as plans to set him up came to light because of the blessings of God he was enjoying. Although the singer was not clear on the set-up that was made known to him, he publicly called out the plans with claims that he could not die because he was close to God.
