Man of the moment, Habeeb Okikiola better known as Portable has hailed his helper, Skepta for gifting him Pounds.
The singer made headlines after attending the British Fashion Awards 2023 at the Royal Albert Hall in the UK. Portable had attended the event as Skepta’s plus one and right-hand man.
Taking to his Instagram story, Portable had shared a video of the British rapper gifting him cash in Pounds. The rapper didn’t stop there, he also took Portable shopping.
In the video Portable could be seen hailing him as he revealed his plans for the money, promising to buy a house. To avoid anyone stealing from him, Portable hid the money.
“Today is Monday, you give me Pounds, I will go and buy a house. Let me package it, no ripping”.
In his caption, Portable expressed gratitude to him for blessing his life forever as he noted how his Maker has done it again for him.

Taking to the comment section, many applauded the singer for his heart of gratitude as they noted how Portable is always appreciating his helpers.

Portable’s first trip to London was courtesy of businessman, Emeka Okonkwo better known as E-Money. The billionaire had taken the singer to the country after his former manager, Kogbagidi failed to do so.
Sharing an appreciation post to him, Portable noted how every disappointment is a blessing as he reflected on how he was dropped off from headlining a concert in Canada.
Throwing shade at Kogbagidi, Portable mocked him for denying him the opportunity to visit London, which was fulfilled by another person.
This year has no doubt been a winning year for Portable as just a few days back, Portable received an award from the United States as the best new act of the year.
Appreciating the organizers of the award, he stated that receiving such recognition is proof that he is doing something right. He also expressed gratitude to his team and fans as he teased his forthcoming album.
Months back, Portable had declared himself the new Fela, while celebrating his achievement.
Portable had bagged an Artist of the Year award at the Golden Stars Award and in his caption, he considers himself the new Fela.
Also, the street-singer, had received an award an award from Boomplay after hitting 10 million song streams.
The controversial singer shared a video of him with his award as he jubilated over his newest feat, noting how a person like him who didn’t go to school, keeps soaring higher in life.
He went on to express gratitude to Olamide and Poco Lee for paving the way for him.
