Nollywood actress and babymama of music star Portable, Ashabi, has seemingly reacted to his public callout.
Hours ago, Portable had called out Ashabi for allegedly trying to set his wife against him. He claimed that the actress wanted to scatter his home as she has been feeding his wife, Bewaji, with negativity about him. He further accused Ashabi of trying to chase clout with his marriage and bringing trouble to his home.
“This is why I drag you online, because you’re dragging me into my home. You aren’t allowing my wife to enjoy me anymore. You brought my wife closer to you and is spoiling her mind against me. But my wife still love me back, una dey vex”.
In what seems like a response to him, Ashabi stated that despite being an actress, she doesn’t love drama. She noted that she has been keeping quiet because she respects herself, but she has heard enough.
“In as much as I am a filmmaker and I do drama, I don’t like drama. I don’t think I have come online to rant before. I have been quiet because I respect myself, and now I will talk. Is this how I will continue, like I wouldn’t talk? Is it until I die?
I don’t like drama or dragging, but I can’t take it anymore”.
This isn’t the first time Portable is accusing Ashabi of trying to wreck his marriage. Back in March, the street singer explained why he took only his wife on a trip with him to London. He had even slammed Ashabi, over her reaction to his trip with Bewaji and had accused her of constantly competing with his wife, who he described as peaceful.
Last year, he had dragged Ashabi as he warned her not to talk to his wife behind his back. He noted how anytime she mingles with his wife, he and his wife end up having issues as he vowed to impregnate one of her friends.
In another post, the singer slammed her, as he claimed Ashabi called his wife to tell her that she would be stepping aside from her relationship with Portable, yet she was having his baby.
Since going public in 2022, the relationship between Portable and Ashabi has been tumultuous over the past two years. Despite his constant dragging, Ashabi has never ceases to publicly shower him with love.
Back in April, Ashabi had celebrated him when he bought a new Ford F-150. She expressed gratitude to her Maker as she congratulated the singer on his new car, and prayed for more keys, grace, and blessings.
Also, in April, when he was released from Kwara State police days ago, she shared a romantic video of herself and the singer. She revealed that the video had been in her draft, and she didn’t know that the singer would change his look so soon. The movie star expressed gratitude to God for his release.
Similarly, in February, when Portable was arrested by Ogun State government for conspiracy, serious assault, armed breach of public peace and attempted murder, Ashabi revealed that she was having sleepless nights and headaches. She shared a video of crying as she called on God to intervene.
On his birthday, in March, both Ashabi and Portable’s wife, Bewaji, penned a note to him. Bewaji described him as her favourite person and rained prayers on him, while Ashabi also described him as her favorite person and called for prayers for him.
To celebrate his birthday, Ashabi gave him special treatment. The movie star, via her Instagram page, shared a video of her treating the street singer to a table of sumptuous meals.
