Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eyes’ former housemate, Queen Mercy Atang has penned a heartfelt note to her colleagues following her civil wedding.
It is no longer news that the reality star who announced her engagement in February, held her Civil Wedding on Saturday, March 17th, at the Federal Marriage Registry, Lagos with friends, family, and close ones of the couple in attendance.
The wedding ceremony was followed by a wedding dinner which had some of her colleagues in attendance. The likes of Liquorose, Bambam, Erica Nlewedim, Saskay, and her new boo, Boma, Chizzy, Angel Smith, Sammy, Arin, Saga, and more were in attendance. The theme of the dinner was white-themed and videos online captured the moment the reality stars turned up for the event all wearing white and exchanging pleasantries.
In a lengthy post on her Instagram page, Queen penned an appreciation post to them as she expressed how their swift response and unwavering support amazed her. She noted how on short notice, they all turned up for her despite their busy schedules.
Penning a note to Nini, whom she described as her sister, she expressed how grateful she was that she was willing to go above and beyond, even flying with her to Akwa Ibom.
To Jackie Bent, she noted how she flew in from Abuja and how she stressed her during the ceremony, yet she wasn’t tired of being with her.
Appreciating others, she expressed gratitude to them for standing by her.
“Our civil wedding dinner was a beautiful affair, shared with cherished family and friends. We extend heartfelt gratitude to everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to join us in celebration.
