Veteran Nigerian rapper, Eldee has celebrated his colleague in the industry, Banky W as he turns new age today.
Eldee recently took to his Instagram page to celebrate the birthday of one of Nigeria’s most popular musicians turned politician, Banky W.
In his post, Eldee wished Bank W a happy birthday and wrote: “Happy birthday Mr Duhbuyoo!! 🎉🤗👊🏾 More love, more life, more joy, more fulfillment.”
Banky W, whose real name is Olubankole Wellington, is a multi-talented artist and entrepreneur who has made a significant impact on the Nigerian music industry.
He first gained recognition as a member of the music group EME, and has since released multiple hit songs and albums as a solo artist.
It will be recalled that Labour Party candidate, Thaddeus Attah, defeated Banky W during the February 25th, 2023, presidential election.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Attah the winner of the Eti-Osa Federal constituency seat in the House of Representatives.
Banky W went on to share a video of himself during the Sunday services, expressing his heartbreak for losing the election.
However, the singer revealed that he is strengthened by his faith in God which can sometimes give way for one to be hurt.

This time last year, Nollywood actress cum singer Adesua Etomi took to social media to eulogise her husband Banky W as he celebrated his birthday.
In the lengthy post shared on her Instagram page, Adesua Etomi described Banky W as her favourite person of all time, biggest cheerleader, heart, best husband and hardest worker.
Adesua Etomi also revealed her husband inspires her, and she is better because she has him.
While expressing love for Banky W, Adesua Etomi noted that she is proud of the man that her husband has become and can’t wait to see what else God will do with his life.
