Zcessandco, the Real Estate company that publicly called out Sophia Momodu, has continued to drag her over her false claims about a multi-million naira mansion.
Refreshing your memory, Kemi Filani reported on Friday night that Sophia got the internet on a chokehold, as she hinted at acquiring a new house. In the video Sophia posted on Snapchat, she could be seen walking around, filming a recently completed house as she declared that she wouldn’t be hiding God’s blessings anymore.
Following the news, a Real Estate company had exposed the mother of one, calling her out for her effrontery and guts to lie with so much confidence. The company claimed that they sold the house to a client and that the client wasn’t Sophia as she doesn’t own a house with them.
Taking to their Instagram page, they noted how they didn’t see a need for Sophia to post a property and lay claim to it, when it isn’t hers, thereby misleading the public with false information just to showcase your fake life.
The company admonished netizens to be cautious of the information they see on social media, especially from celebrities with their fake life.

On the company’s Instagram story, the manager stated that they had to react to these false claims after their client reached out to them thinking we brought Sophia Momodu into a property our client had already bought and is currently doing interior work on. They claimed that Sophia was told that the property was already sold, and she still proceeded to make a video of someone else’s property and posted it online. They noted how such behavior was trespassing, and they wouldn’t tolerate such acts from her or any other person.
“As the manager of the said property, we had to react to these false claims after our client reached out to us thinking we brought Sophia Momodu into a property our client had already bought and is currently doing interior work on.
Sophia was told that this said property was already sold and she still proceeded to make a video of someone else’s property and posted it online, even laying claims to it. This is trespassing and we won’t tolerate such acts from her and any other person.
We are a very professional company, and the interest of our client is paramount to us, as we will not hesitate to call out or even arrest any individual making false claims to a property that you have no business with.
I would like to reiterate that Sophia Momodu doesn’t have any link, whether directly or indirectly, to the owner of this property, and she should desist from posting it online.
Our client is currently not happy seeing the property online.
Lastly, if she is interested in other units, we are always here to serve her as long as she’s willing to pay for it”.
In another post, the company revealed that the security men in the house are currently under scrutiny and they might lose their jobs, all because of her actions and desperation.

In Instablog’s comment section, they further made it known that they don’t have beef with Sophia but needed to put out a disclaimer because their client was unhappy with how the entire thing turned out.
