Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has described what it feels like filming with her godmother and senior colleague, Mercy Johnson.
Taking to her Instagram page, she shared photos of her and the actor on a movie set while gushing over her. Regina stated that her joy when filming with the mother of four, who she calls her Number One, is always priceless.

Taking to her comment section, Mercy Johnson expressed her love for her, declaring that she will never outgrow her heart. Mercy described Regina as a heavenly delight.
“I love you; you will never outgrow my heart. You are a heavenly delight”.
Regina Daniels replied, expressing how grateful she is to have her and affirming her love for her.
“Mummy, I will always be grateful for having you. I love you so so much”.
Toyin Abraham, also commenting on the post, wrote, “Werey ni Mercy Sha. You wan way the yam”.
In August, while celebrating Mercy’s birthday, Regina summed up Mercy Johnson’s personality in 3 words, describing her as graceful, full of love and compassion. She stated that the world knows she would always admire and love Mercy Johnson as she is worthy of emulation.
Reciprocating it, Mercy also showered love on Regina on her birthday in October, expressing how proud she is of Regina and the woman she is becoming, as she urged her to keep ‘Queening’. She further appreciated Regina Daniels’ mother, Rita Daniels, for doing a great job on her.
In an emotional, heartwarming tribute in October, Daniels appreciated Mercy’s continuous love and support and acknowledged her effort in her success in the movie industry, recalling how she told her friends that Mercy is her mother. Daniels revealed that Mercy Johnson’s name will forever be etched in every chapter and stage of her life.
Recall that it was alleged that the two had fallen out at some point over Regina Daniels’ marriage. The brawl started after news of Regina marrying Ned Nwoko broke. Mercy allegedly tried to advise her to hold on and build her career more before starting a family as she was still a teenager.
The advice reportedly didn’t go well with the Delta-born actress, who became angry at Mercy and decided to withdraw a little bit as she said she LOVED him and couldn’t wait. However, the two have reconciled.
