Reno Omokri blasts housemates in the double wahala edition of the show.
Former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has once again bared his opinion concerning the ongoing Big Brother Naija 2018 show. Via a series of tweets, Reno Omokri blasted the housemates whom he referred to as darkness and morally bankrupt. He went further to ask if such youths were carefully selected to be awful ambassadors of Nigeria or it was just by coincidence. Tweets below.
”I am ashamed of the housemates of BBNaija. They are not good ambassadors of the Nigerian youth. May we never have a generation who behave like them. What is it Igbo people say when they are disgusted? Tufiakwa
I mean, did the organizers deliberately search for the most morally bankrupt youths to spotlight? Is depravity now a virtue?
Let me end by saying that the housemates of #BBNaija are no stars. They are darkness. They are a blight on the nation, foaming in the mouth their indecency and Nigeria must not celebrate them at all. Not at all. #TheAlternative
So when we have these means of positively projecting Nigeria, why will our millennials prefer to entertain a nation with dirty pornography in a toilet of all places!”
Recall that he once reacted to the sex in the toilet scene involving two of the housemates, Teddy A and BamBam who is regarded as a Church girl with her parents holding positions in Church. Reacting to the viral video, Reno said,
“When I was a child, only animals had intercourse in the open for all to see. Now I am an adult, Nigerians call people who publicly have intercourse in a toilet, stars! If they are stars, it must be very dark over Nigeria! We have a culture. Not everything from the West is good!
He continued:“Instead of copying the West and Asia in science and technology, we want to copy and overtake the West in public indecency like#BBNaija where we celebrate youths publicly having intercourse in a toilet. It is barbaric. It is un-African. Animals not humas should behave that way,”.
