Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie has reacted to her late junior colleague, Junior Pope’s funeral arrangements.
Kemi Filani reported on Friday night that the family of the late actor had released his funeral arrangements. Junior Pope will be laid to rest on May 17th, 2024, in his hometown in Enugu State.
Reacting to it, Rita Edochie lamented over how imbalanced life is as she expressed sadness that the actor would be laid to rest. She lamented bitterly over how her once vibrant son is now the one a funeral arrangement is being made on his behalf.
Rita revealed that for some days she has been trying to keep her mind off him and has been trying not to imagine that he is no longer here but the poster just awakened the vacuum in her heart.
The sister-in-law of Pete Edochie noted how he has become a flying angel as she urged him to watch over his entire family.

Recall that Rita Edochie had refused to celebrate her birthday in April as she dedicated it in memory of JP. She noted how the late actor never missed her birthdays while adding that no death in Nollywood has made her this crãzy.
In other news, Rita had spoken out on the series of deaths in Nollywood, telling those peddling false rumors about Nollywood to stop slandering the industry. She stressed that death is everywhere as humans are mortals.
