Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has aired her thoughts about her industry, which she noted is filled with hate and envy.
In a now-deleted post on her Instagram page, she admonished her followers never to be moved by the love expressed on social media as it is completely fake. She stated that sometimes she wonders what pride and unnecessary show-offs are about when everyone is always going to go down one day.
The veteran questioned why they hated each other, the essence of the untold competition and why they wanted to kill each other. She noted how some start getting jealous the moment they see others doing better than them and don’t show real love until when a person dies.

Last week, Rita Edochie had spoken out on the series of deaths in Nollywood. She expressed how aggravated she is by the way people are throwing shades at Nollywood and pointed out how deaths occur everywhere, as she made it known that nobody is killing anyone in the industry.
Rita told those rumour peddlers to stop the slandering as she stressed that death is everywhere as humans are mortals.
