How time flies! It has been one month since late Nollywood actor, Junior Pope was laid to rest in his hometown of Ukehe, in Enugu State and his bestfriend and colleague, Ruby Ojiakor is marking his one month remembrance.
Taking to her Instagram page to share a clip of her and the late actor, she noted how today makes it one month since the world stood still as they buried him. Calling him her friend and brother, she stated that he is forever in her heart and told him to rest on.

Recall that when the news of his death broke out, Ruby had taken a break from social media for a month to mourn him. She made her return in May, questioning her Maker over his deaths hd saying a word of prayers for his killers.
In another post, the Asaba movie star called out Baba Rex and Adanma Luke, the producer of the movie, which claimed his life and others. She noted how Rex was using Junior Pope’s death as content on Instagram while Adanma was allegedly telling people how he begged her for a job rather than grieving him.
Adanma hit back, hinting at Ruby Ojiakor having an intimate relationship with late JP as she admonished her to let the world know the truth about why she was crying over the actor’s death more than the bereaved.
Following this, Ruby and Junior Pope’s wife, Jennifer Awele had unfollowed each other on social media. This further fueled speculation that all wasn’t well between Junior Pope and his wife before his demise. Recall that his funeral poster had caused controversy as many eagle-eyed fans noticed that on the obituary poster, ‘husband’, was noticeably absent, which left tongues wagging.
Amid the controversy, Stanley promised to stand by her anytime any day and assured her of his love and admonished her to keep being real and not living a fake life. He further admonished her not to allow anyone determine how she should mourn the late actor and not listen to what Adanma Luke said about her.
