While others camped with the Labour Party and the incumbent governor of Lagos who eventually won the election, Ruth Kadiri showed her support for Funke.
The mother of two had endorsed Funke Akindele for Deputy Governor of Lagos under the PDP Umbrella.
The actress took to her Instagram page to state reasons for supporting the actress-turned-politician.
She qualified Funke as being hardworking, tough, emotional, and so on.
