Sam Larry, one of the aides of Nigerian singer, Naira Marley has shut down claims of threatening singer, Davido over his beef with Wizkid.
Hours ago, news circulated that the disgraced aide had weighed into the beef between the popular singers and had made a threat to Davido asking him to apologize. According to the report, Sam had given Davido an ultimatum and had promised to step in if he didn’t apologize.
“Davido. Abi kini o pe. I give you 25 hours to apologize to Machala or I might have to step in”, the alleged post read.
Reacting to it, Sam Larry made it known that he never made such a statement. Calling it fake story, he slammed bloggers for circulating false reports about him.
“This is fake story. Sam Larry never posted such thing. Stop posting fake rumors about Sam Larry “, he wrote via his Instagram story.
Refreshing your memory, on Monday, social media was divided after Wizkid triggered Davido by sharing shared an embarrassing video of Davido begging a lady for presumably sex. He shared the video online while engaging with his fans who were pestering him to drop music, urging them to beg him as Davido did.
Replying to him, Davido called out Wizkid for being a sick man and accused him of being a woman beater. He also pleaded with Wizkid to respond to him, and he did by using the same embarrassing video and Davido had mercilessly dragged him.
Recall that Naira Marley and Sam Larry lost the admiration of Nigerians when a video of Sam assaulting the late Mohbad surfaced online.
The video sparked a flurry of reactions from the online community and led to the cancelation of Naira Marley and his label.
The duo were arrested and kept in police custody for more than five weeks but were released on November 17th after they met their bail conditions.
Weeks back, a video of Naira and Sam Larry being forced to say Amen for killers of Mohbad surfaced online and left tongues wagging.
In the viral video, an Imam was seen sitting with the disgraced stars as he offered a prayer for the killers of the late Mohbad. Surprisingly, Naira and Sam, who had claimed innocence of having a hand in his death, were seen keeping mute as the Imam prayed for the late singer’s killer. Noticing this, the Imam had to force Naira Marley and Sam Larry to say Amen to his prayers.
The Imam later spoke out on the incident, revealing that they had confessed to him that they were innocent and had nothing to do with his death. The cleric further revealed that Naira Marley and Sam Larry were the ones who asked him to say a prayer for the killers of Mohbad.
