Big Brother Naija All Stars evicted housemate, Seyi Awolowo has stirred the internet once again as he makes a U-turn over his misogynistic statement.
Just days after crying on Ebuka’s show asking for forgiveness from Nigerians, Seyi Awolowo in an interview with Olorisupergal stated that his words were taken out of context.
Though he has apologized, he believes that his words were taken out of context and many reacted without a clear understanding of what he was saying.
He probed Nigerians asking if they listened to what he said, or took his words out of context to support their motion.
“Did they actually listen to what I said? Was it taken out of context to support their motion or to be misunderstood? Or is it that they just wanted to respond or did they understand what I was trying to say? Yes, I do apologize for the negativity that was been brought out from my statement but really”.
This is coming just hours after he shed tears as he publicly apologized for his misogynistic statement.
During his media rounds with Ebuka Uchendu, he expressed his regret at his statement as he noted how apologizing is the only thing he can do for now. See video here.

Seyi Awolowo earns backlash over misogynistic statement
Kemi Filani reported that while in the house, Seyi Awolowo had faced massive backlash after he revealed his thoughts for his future sons to run trains on people’s daughters.
To run a train means when multiple men have sex with a woman one after the other, with or without consent.
The grandson of the late Obafemi Awolowo expressed his desire to allow his allows his sons and their friends to engage in sexual activities with girls and plans to have a special account for such purposes.
The reality further revealed that he has a ‘shina’ account (miscellaneous account) reserved for his sons and their friends.
