Nollywood actress Seyi Edun has extended an olive branch to her colleague and husband’s former wife, Toyin Abraham.
It is no longer news that Toyin was once married to Seyi’s husband, Adeniyi Johnson, but the two went their separate ways and Adeniyi moved on with Seyi, who many felt was the cause of their split. Being caught up in the triangle made Seyi have a sour relationship with Toyin.
But it seems all that has ended as Seyi Edun, via her Instagram page, promoted Toyin Abraham’s new movie, Bhad and Boujee. The mother of twins had shown support for the mother of one at the Cinema, where she urged her fans to come watch the movie with her.
Surprisingly, Toyin expressed gratitude to her for the support as she commented on her post with, “Thanks love.”
It is good to see the two ladies are ending the year on a good note.

Recall that Toyin Abraham was married to Seyi Edun’s husband, Adeniyi Johnson. The former couple got married in 2015 and officially went their separate ways in 2019, after months of bitter legal issues. There were speculations that Seyi Edun, Adeniyi Johnson’s now wife, had wrecked their marriage.
However, in a 2020 interview, Adeniyi denied cheating on her with Seyi Edun. He stated that Seyi was a friend who used to see him off to the house of a lady he dated when his marriage to Toyin Abraham crashed.
What also made Toyin and Seyi’s enemies was her link to her former best friend, Wumi Toriola. Refreshing your memory, Wumi was once best friend with Seyi after Seyi snatched Adeniyi Johnson from Toyin. However, their relationship went sour, and both parties went their separate ways. Interestingly, Wumi went on to pitch tent with Toyin after the fallout.
In 2023, Wumi and Toyin fell out allegedly over Funke Akindele’s Battle on Buka Street. According to reports, Wumi was upset when Toyin failed to cast her in her movie, Ijakumo, and as such, Wumi had pitched tent with Toyin’s rival, Funke Akindele by starring in her movie.
