It is no longer news that award-winning Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi has premiered one of her latest projects, PROPHETESS, on Netflix, and Nigerians are talking about it.
The actress, who had bragged about the movie’s achievements and qualities, disappointed her fans as mixed reactions trailed the movie.
The movie has received numerous negative reviews as many condemn the plot and settings of the film.
However, some praised Toyin Abraham’s undisputed acting skills and energy in films. She was commended for giving her all in the movie, but the storyline made many condemn it.

This movie is far better than most of the movie you recommended and I just thought if it were to be another Actor that acted as the Prophetess, you’d probably give it a good recommendation. Truly there are some of Toyin’s movie that didn’t do well for me too but your review on this particular movie is wrong. It was enjoyable, funny, emotional and the football scene was so real. You missed out this one.
