Nollywood actress, Shola Kosoko is reliving her childhood memories as she plays in the rain with her children.
On Sunday, which was a rainy day, Shola spent the day in the rain with her children as she relived her childhood experience. The daughter of Jide Kosoko, via her Instagram page, shared a video of her enjoying a fun time in the rain with her children.
Describing the act as fun, she stated that unless she brings her children outside, they always stay indoors. Shola noted how during her childhood days, they didn’t wait for permission to play in the rain, though it often got them beaten.

Unless we bring these ones out
Awon omo get inside
We don’t wait for permission in our own days
We might get beaten but …
Childhood was fun”.
Shola Kosoko isn’t the only celebrity mum who enjoys playing in the rain with her kids.
In May 2022, Actress Mercy Johnson was declared the Mother of the Year after a video of herself dancing and playing in the rain with three of her kids.
Mercy Johnson stated that despite being tired, she had to do it for her kids. The fun-to-watch video went viral with many of her colleagues and fans hailing and declaring her the best mum ever.
Similarly, Laide Bakare was dragged online for rocking a bra to play with her kids in the rain. Sharing the video online, she credited her sons for bringing back her childhood memories.
Joining them, last year, veteran Toyin Tomato started a challenge that she tagged the rain challenge. The movie star shared a video of her playing in the rain as she questioned how many of her followers can still play in the rain despite their age.
