Award winning Nigerian singer Wizkid took to Instagram to reveal to his fans that he had a new album on the way, and he did so in a unique way. On his Instagram story, he wrote, “Album done! See you soon bitches!”.
Although Wizkid rarely posts online, when he does, he can be very playful and detailed at the same time. Most artists come up with long and engaging captions in order to promote their albums, but Wizkid clearly chose another route, which he has been using for years, and it seems to be working out well for him.
After revealing that he had a new album coming up, Wizkid also took out time to release the name when he wrote; “Album name ‘Marsha’ best I made!”. Wizkid tooted his own horn by saying that this upcoming album was the best he ever made, even without getting feedback from listeners, who in this case are the general public. However, his statement is not too shocking, as he has a loyal fan base that always praises his works.
When Wizkid releases this album, it’ll officially become his sixth studio album, among many other singles and a truckload of collaborations with various artists. His discography is quite impressive, and he has carved a name for himself as one of the best artists Nigeria has produced.
