Nollywood actress, Sola Kosoko is in a grateful mood as she marks her 43rd birthday today, January 7th.
The daughter of veteran, Jide Kosoko took to her Instagram page to share beautiful birthday portraits, while expressing gratitude to God for adding a year to her age.
“Come and see what the Lord has done for me. He has added another year to my age.
Celebrate with me friends and fans for what the Lord has done for me.
Happy birthday to me”.
Celebrities shun Sola Kosoko on her 42nd birthday
Last year, many of Sola Kosoko’s colleagues had shunned her birthday. During the celebration of special days of any actress or actor, social media is always agog with photos and beautiful epistle for the celebrant, but this was different for Sola Kosoko as many of her colleagues ignored her.
Only few of her colleagues acknowledged her day. Her sister Bidemi Kosoko and a few Nollywood stars like Mercy Aigbe, Ijebu and Femi Adebayo took to their social media page to celebrate her.
Checking through Instagram pages of notable stars, photos of Sola Kosoko and her husband were hardly seen on the pages of Iyabo Ojo, Toyin Abraham, Eniola Badmus and many others.

Sola Kosoko 41st birthday
For her 41st birthday in 2021, Shola had gone all out to mark the day by having a shoot and painting Instagram street Yellow with the shots!
While many of her fans, her sister Bidemi Kosoko and a few others had showed her PDAs to celebrate, interestingly many of the A-list entertainers had shunned her and failed to acknowledge her.
Not moved by their actions, Sola Kosoko shared photos from the birthday shoot and wrote “Happy Birthday to me, Myself and I
