In a recent development, actress Anita Joseph has come for island baddies who are always trolling girls who stay in the mainland.
Following a recent podcast video that emerged online where some island podcasters had blasted women in the mainland, calling them out for not being baddies Anita Joseph has taken to her Instagram to slam them, commenting on their derogatory comments towards mainland girls.
She expressed that a lot of the island girls are not even who they say that they are and that some of them have to squat in a two-bedroom apartment.
She further stated that a chunk of them are up to 12 living in a 2 bedroom house but then they come on social media they talk down on mainlanders.
She further stressed on the fact that there are a lot of important people who stay on the mainland. Also recall that reality TV star Tolani Baj and Moet Abebe in a recent podcast had also spoken out about mainland and island difference. Moet Abebe had boldly stated that she would not be able to date a man who stays on the mainland because he would just not be up to her standards.
However, Tolani Baj had expressed that she wouldn’t mind dating a guy who stays on the mainland as long as he was willing to come see her whenever she needed him.
Also, Doyin in an interview had expressed her stance on dating a man who stays on the mainland. She revealed that she would not be able to date a man who stays on the mainland because most of her work and her family and everything she likes is centered around the island.
She revealed that the man would have to move to be with her on the island and that she would not be able to make that move.
She however further stated that if the man was not comfortable with her decision then he can go look for a girl who stays on the mainland who would be willing to stay with him instead of looking for a girl who stays on the island.
