Sophia Momodu, the mother of music star, Davido’s first child, Imade, has broken her silence following her online rants months back.
Taking to her Twitter handle, Sophia stated that she is in a great place mentally and her relationship with God is better than it’s ever been.
She revealed that she’s currently at her weight goal and literally can’t stop staring at herself when she walks past any mirror.
Sophia added that her financial stability has kept her in awe of how God truly never goes back on His word.

Sophia Momodu speaks on the financial abuse of women
Recall that in May, Sophia Momodu went on an extensive rant hinting that all wasn’t well between her and Davido.
The niece of Dele Momodu had spoken out on the financial abuse of women, as she stated that financially bullying a woman into staying with you has got to be the most disgusting thing a man can do.
In a series of posts on her Twitter page, Sophia Momodu bemoaned the Nigerian system which she claimed doesn’t have laws that protect women and children.
She questioned why a man would make a woman take on his responsibilities because she chooses to move on and never look back.
However, Sophia in her lengthy write-up did not refer to anyone. But many assumed she was referring to Davido.
Reacting to it, Davido took to his Twitter page to share a screenshot of him doing his “unavailable” dance while adding that he’s got no time for “wahala”.
Hitting back at him on her Snapchat page, Sophia Momodu warned him not to dare her.
The mother of one vowed to spill the teas if he continues to provoke her.
Sophia Momodu reveals plans to change daughter’s surname
In a surprising turn of events, the fashion connoisseur revealed her plans to drop the Adeleke name from her daughter.
Sophia Momodu claimed she is both the father and mother to their daughter, Imade.
In a post on her Snapchat page, the mother of one revealed that she can’t wait to change her daughter’s last name from Adeleke to Momodu.
In another post, Sophia gave a hint about their beef during a Question and answer session with her fans, where she hinted that Davido was taking care of Imade in the past because of her.
Now that she has moved on, he doesn’t want to take care of their daughter.
