Fans of music star Davido’s first babymama Sophia Momodu, are singing her praises over her look to the president of Ghana’s inauguration.
Kemi Filani reported a day back that John Dramani Mahama was officially inaugurated as the president of Ghana, and a lot of Nigeria’s politicians and personality including Regina Daniels and her husband had attended the inauguration.
In a post on her Instagram page, Sophia had shared photos of her outfit to the inauguration. The reality star attended the event with her uncle, Dele Momodu, and family.

As expected, her fans flooded her comment section with praises as they threw shade at her baby daddy’s wife, Chioma.

It was surprising to see Sophia with her uncle, Dele Momodu, as they had a fallout in 2023. Kemi Filani reported that during the heat of her online drama with Davido, Sophia had unfollowed her uncle over his love and support for the Adelekes. He had angered Sophia, who unfollowed him, after he shared a photo online of Davido’s uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke with Imade Adeleke, to celebrate his birthday.
While celebrating her birthday, Dele had appealed to her to tone down her online drama with Davido. Describing Sophia as his darling, he said a powerful prayer for her and affirmed his love for her.
Last year, when Davido filed a lawsuit against her, demanding joint custody of their daughter, Dele, disclosed that Sophia has been responsible for their daughter’s welfare, hinting that the allegations made by his niece were facts. He also spoke of how he tried to resolve the issue by involving Davido’s father and uncle, Deji Adeleke and Ademola Adeleke, respectively, and how they provided solutions according to their capabilities.
Recall that following Davido’s relationship with his now wife, Chioma, he and Sophia have been embroiled in a bitter custody battle for their 8-year-old daughter. A few days before his wedding, Davido had filed a suit, seeking joint custody of his daughter, as he claimed Sophia was denying him access to her and extorting money from him. Sophia had responded to the suit, debunking his claims, as she revealed that Davido had abandoned Imade because she refused to have sex with him.
