Music executive, Soso Soberekon has come to the defense of disc jockey, DJ Cuppy after her ex-boyfriend, Ryan Taylor replies her shading post.
Hours ago, Cuppy had thrown some heavy shade her exes’ way, as she revealed a specific reason why she does not run into her exes.
She stated that she doesn’t run into most of her exes because they cannot afford to be in the same space that she is in.
Replying her, Ryan Taylor made her known that he is also a man of status as he reminded her that she can’t also run into him because she can’t afford to be in the same place with him.
“Neither can you”.
Surprisingly, Soso Soberekon defended Cuppy as he called Ryan a poor man and ordered him to shut up.
“Poor man. Fem there”.
It is no longer news that last year was a tough time for DJ Cuppy, who was set to walk down the aisle for the first time. Unfortunately, things didn’t go the way she wanted as she parted ways with her fiance over undisclosed reasons.
In November, which was supposed to be their anniversary month, she lamented over how she and Ryan had become strangers.
Consoling her, one Netizen identified as Akinwunmi advised the daughter of Femi Otedola to give up on love and just have kids.
Finally opening up about her failed engagement while speaking on the Wimbiz stage, she noted how she was engaged in 2022 but now is single, a she went on to list out the things she failed at this year. However, her story is still happening and there is more to come for her.
Her ex on his part, revealed why he dumped her, stating that his exes are shit drivers, a statement which didn’t sit well with Cuppy. Hitting back, she posted a picture of herself enjoying a dumpling in a restaurant, with a caption stating that the only dumpling she’s getting is the one on her plate.
Following their split, Cuppy leaned on her family. She shared photos from her grandmother’s 80th birthday party while expressing how grateful she is to still have her grandparents around.
Early this year, DJ Cuppy revealed her conversation with her grandmother which changed her mindset about relationships.
The billionaire heiress disclosed that she will still be giving love another chance thanks to her grandmother. According to her, her grandma shared a special childhood story about her, which reminded her how much of a heart she had and still has and how she will always be a lover girl.
