Upcoming Nigerian singer, Spyro has declared himself a God’s ambassador.
In a post on his Instagram page, the fast-rising singer revealed that God has sent him to the industry to make some changes.
According to him, he is in the industry to influence it for God and wouldn’t make lyrics about shaking of bum or any ungodly/dirty lyrics.
He announced that he is only invested in making evergreen music and would promote what is right and pleasing to the ear.
“I am only interested in making evergreen music. And that’s exactly what it is. Ain’t no shake your bum or nay kinda ungodly/dirty lyrics here. We pride in promoting what’s right and everyone that works with me already got the memo. Ain’t no compromise here. It might take me time but I will influence this industry for God. And someone pls mark my words on that… I am here for a reason. I am GOD’S AMBASSADOR HERE and gradually we will take these grounds for him”.
“No rest till the kingdom of our Lord is established”.
Spyro seems to be following in the footstep of Chidinma Ekile, who turned gospel singer in 2021.

The sensational singer, took many by surprise when she made known her decision to become a gospel singer.
Taking to Instagram to make the announcement, the then-30-year-old wrote;
“MY NAME IS MINISTER CHIDINMA EKILE. I’M A CRUSADER OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS… I’M A CRUSADER OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST.
Days after the announcement, Chidinma Ekile took her evangelism to the next level.
The Igbo-born music star shared a video of herself preaching the gospel of God to drinkers in a beer parlor.
