Nollywood actress Stella Damasus has opened up on her divorce from ex-husband, Daniel Ademinokan.
The mother of two in a video uploaded on her Instagram page, spoke out for the first time on her divorce as she advised ladies.
Sharing her divorce story, she stated that she thought the man she married was her soulmate.
She, thought they had similar mindset and could do everything together, but alas, she was served breakfast.
Stella advised ladies to pay attention to red flags and avoid rushing into marriage.
“Darling, I have heard experiences with dreams, and with visions that I choose how I want to interprete it to suit what I want.
To give me the answers that I want. It happened to me, I thought this person was my soulmate……
Las las e don cast everybody will still chop breakfast. So my dear, let’s be eating lunch and dinner. When you see red flags don’t ignore it”.
Stella Damasus and husband divorce
The light skinned actress and her third husband, Daniel Ademinokan ended their union in 2020.
Recall that Stella Damasus’ marriage to her second husband, Emeka Nzeribe, crashed, after nine months.
This prompted her to relocate abroad with the two daughters she had for her late first husband, Aboderin.
She was said to have started dating Ademinokan, whose first marriage was to Nollywood actress, Doris Simeon.
Then, the producer/filmmaker abandoned Doris, and took their only child along with him to the United States to live with Stella. Doris claimed not to know when Daniel went away with their son, David.
This episode set the two Nollywood personalities—Stella and Daniel— on the front burner of husband-snatching criticisms for many years.
Daniel Ademinokan was her third husband
He would always celebrate Stella on social media and referred to her as his queen. They got married and the duo took to evangelism through music and they became gospel music ministers. While Stella remained the lead vocal, Daniel was saddled with strumming the guitar.
On the other hand, the couple ‘terrorised’ Doris Simeon with their Public Display of Affection on Instagram. There was a time Stella even granted an interview and said she never snatched Daniel from Doris.
That was seven years ago. The union had crashed irretrievably.
Ademinokan was said to have walked out of their marriage and relocated to another state in the United States of America, where the couple lived.
Though both have been saying the union crashed due to irreconcilable differences, this is Daniel’s second time of walking out of a marriage.
