Ghanaian singer, Stone Bwoy has honored singer, Davido with a minute of prayer, at Qatar Fan Festival.
Kemi Filani news reported that Davido, alongside Stone Bwoy are in Qatar ahead of their closing ceremony performance.
While performing at the festival, Stone Bwoy asked football fans to say a prayer for Davido who is still healing from his son’s death.
He also asked the crowd to pray for everyone who has lost a loved one and is grieving.
Davido to perform at World Cup
Kemi Filani news reported that the internet went wild with joy with the news of his Qatar performance.
Chinese businessman, Stephen Hung shared the good news via his official Instagram story. He claimed that the singer had confirmed that he will be closing the ceremony at the World Cup.
Expressing excitement, Stephen Hung stated that he can’t wait to see him.
“So happy my bro @davido confirmed he will be performing at the World Cup Qatar closing ceremony. Can’t wait to see him there”.
His performance at FIFA would be the singer’s second public appearance, since his son’s death in October.
Fans of Davido pay their last respect to Ifeanyi
Kemi Filani news recalls that Davido had received love from his fans as they paid their last respect to his son, Ifeanyi at the Davido’s fans concert in Lagos.
Fans of the singer held a concert in Lagos on Thursday night, to show their love and solidarity with the OBO crooner.
The 30billion gang family and all lovers of Davido came together to prove how much they love the singer.
In one of the viral videos, fans of Davido were seen paying their last respect to Ifeanyi Adeleke, who died on October 31st.
