It is the birthday of Nino Idibia, the first child of legendary singer, 2baba from his baby mama, Sunmbo Adeoye.
The celebrant turns 18 today and his beautiful mother has churned out sweet words to mark his day. Sharing a clip of him over the years, Sunmbo revealed her wish for her son, which is to see him prosper and be in good health.
Expressing her love for him, she wrote,
“Happy 18th birthday my baby. My wish for you is that you prosper and be in health all the days of your life. I love you son @ninoidibia”.
For his 17th birthday last year, Sunmbo had written a powerful note to him, describing him as a “blessing to the world”, and pointing out how smart, talented, and wise he is.
She noted that her son is now a man and how proud she is of the version he is becoming. She stated that she knows without a doubt that he will make them proud and she trusts in his sense of judgment and personal values.
Last year, Nino Idibia had graduated from Secondary school and a graduation party was thrown for him which had in attendance his father’s brother, Charles, and his paternal grandmother.
In one of the photos, Sunmbo Adeoye, shared on her Instagram page, her husband, David Adeoye, and 2face’s brother and mother were present at the event, including Annie Idibia’s daughter, Isabella.
Writing an emotional letter to him, Sunmbo noted how dedication, hard work, and perseverance have paid off for him and she couldn’t be happier for him.
Complimenting him, Sunmbo noted how he has demonstrated exceptional commitment, determination, and leadership throughout his journey at Chrisland School.
Following the completion of his Secondary education, Nino headed to the US for his University. The son of the legendary singer was accompanied by his mother and his stepfather, David Adeoye.
