Nigerian music executive, Tunji Balogun better known as Tee Billz has stirred anger from his colleagues over his plea for mercy for Zinoleesky.
Taking to his Instagram page, Tee Billz stated that he stands by not canceling Zinoleesky and would rather be there to educate him on becoming a better person because we are all work in progress.
Tee Billz added that the new generation needs us and he believes that love, respect, empathy for humanity, and taking care of one’s family are the only gangster values”.
“May God bless Imole’s soul and I respect the wisdom nuggets you shared with me big broski @tolaodunsi but gracefully stand on not canceling ZINO….. I would rather be there for him to educate him on becoming a better person bcos we are all works in progress! His post didn’t sit well with netizens including actress, Susan Peters and OAP, Dotun who slammed him.

Earlier on in a since-deleted post, Tee Billz had drummed support for the embattled singer, Naira Marley, stating that Marley is too young and talented to be thrown under the bus of cancel culture.
He praised the embattled singer for being one of the best writers of the new age while noting how guilty by association isn’t a deliberate crime to him.
The estranged husband of Tiwa Sãvage hoped that people forgive him of his shortcomings and also hope God would give him a second chance to attain his blessings as a bonified leader and influencer.
