Big Brother Naija ‘Pepper Dem’ former housemate, Tacha Akide has trolled the organizers of the hit reality show over their announcement of an All-star show.
The reality star, who was disqualified during her time on the show, left a comment on an advertisement banner by the brand.
In the poster, the organizers of the show stated that they were giving former housemates a second chance in the house.
Reacting to it, Tacha took a swipe at them while referring to the hit Telenovela movie, Second Chance.
She tweeted, “Second Chance ko El Salvador ni”.
BBNaija season 8 sets for an all-stars season
Kemi Filani reported days back that the 8th edition of Big Brother Naija would kick off on the 23rd of July as an All-stars season.
This was announced during a media briefing on the 14th of July, 2023.
The show’s organizers disclosed that the All stars season will feature past housemates from different seasons, and it will run for 70 days with the winner walking away with one hundred and twenty million naira grand prize, excluding other side attractions.
It is yet to be known which housemates will make it to the stars season of the Big Brother Naija show.
However, there are reports that disqualified housemates, Tacha, Erica, and Beauty, wouldn’t be considered for the show.
Recall that Tacha got disqualified after being found guilty of physically attacking a fellow Housemate, Mercy Eke.
Erica, during the Lockdown season, got disqualified for physically attacking her colleague, Laycon, and damaging Big Brother properties.
Beauty, on her part, got disqualified during the Level Up season for bullying and physically attacking her colleague, Groovy.
Vee Iye rejects BBNaija All-Stars season 8 offer
Ahead of the show, Big Brother Naija season 5 Lockdown finalist, Vee Iye had rejected the offer of the All Stars season 8 of the show.
Vee’s declination came after a die-hard fan expressed a desire to see her on screen for the 8th season of the reality show.
One Demilade tweeted, “I need @veeiye on the all-stars edition”.
Vee, who is not so keen about the 8th edition of the show, politely declines the offer of her dan, stating “Not happening”.
Many supported Vee’s rejection of the show with the claim that she was unnecessarily dragged in the past edition where she was a housemate.
