Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele Bello’s stepdaughter, Tamira Bello, has reacted to her stepmother’s statement following the rumour surrounding their breakup.
Kemi Filani recalls that numerous reports have emerged online, suggesting that Funke Akindele and her husband, Abdulrasheed Bello, also referred to as JJC Skillz, have parted ways.
KFN recalls that Funke Akindele and her husband were reportedly at loggerheads over alleged mismanagement of their finances by the latter, even though they tried to downplay the media reports of their marital crisis by putting up a joint appearance on the recently concluded AMVCA stage.
The unconfirmed reports were silenced when the couple stepped out together to receive an award at the recent Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards, AMVCA, and when the actress dedicated her award to her husband and children.
Following this report, Funke Akindele further silenced naysayers by taking to Instagram to celebrate her husband on father’s day. The mother of two shared a hyped video of herself, her husband and stepchildren.
Funke Akindele also penned a lovely father’s day message, describing JJC as a wonderful and caring father. The 44-year-old also used the medium to appreciate the singer and pray for him.
“Happy Father’s Day darling!!! Thank you so much for being a wonderful and caring father. We love you God bless you more Baba Ibeji of life!”
