Comedian Osama has announced the tragic death of his wife, Mildred Maurice Wuyep on social media.
The funny man tied the knot in a beautiful wedding ceremony on May 15th 2021 just ten months after, Mildred passed away.
The bereaved comedian did not state the cause of his wife’s death but he lamented over the fact that his union with his late wife was cut short.
According to Comedian Osama his marriage didn’t live to see it’s first anniversary.
He shared a photo of his himself and late wife during their wedding and wrote: ” 😭😭😭😭 Wedding That Never Saw Any Anniversary Got Married 15th May2021…She Died 26th March 2022…God Bless Your Soul My World 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔 #NaMyData.”
The Jos-based comedian, Osama Akpunonu had said in an earlier interview that fame makes it difficult to find true love.
The bearded comedian noted that fame would make people love one for what one is and not for who one is.
In an interview with Sunday Scoop, he said, “I think fame makes it difficult for one to find true love. In most cases, they (lovers) don’t come for who one is but what one is. That is what I call ‘audio love’.”
On the biggest thing fame has done for him, the comedian said, “Fame has given me a certain level of influence which has translated to good opportunities.”
