Amidst reports of his top female lead singers quitting his band following his engagement to one Erica Katrina, Tim Godfrey has now fully unveiled her face and hailed her in a new Instagram post.
Sharing new photos of them, Tim Godfrey wrote “Just take a look at the person I get to do Lifeeee with!!! @ericakatrina_ , you’re My greatest reward from God! I Love you My still waters”
This is coming barely 24 hours after Kemi Filani reported that his top female leads; Ibeekay, Blessing and Rejoice quit his musical group, Xtreme.
The question now on everyone’s lips is if his engagement to another woman has anything to do with their quitting their group.
The ladies especially Blessing and Ibeekay have been part of his group for almost 10 years now if not more (while Rejoice joined about five years ago) and they are known for leading his major songs.
As a matter of fact in 2017, he gave them all brand new cars to celebrate them for sticking with him through the years.
Only for things to fall apart after Tim Godfrey announced his engagement to Erica in February, 2022.
While congratulatory messages flew in from all quarters, it was found that his three closest and major female leads completely shunned the post.
A look through their social media pages has further shown that they have yanked off the Xtreme group label from their profiles and have started their individual musical ministries.
It became more evident when Tim Godfrey began promoting his annual Fearless concert a few weeks ago, showcasing his new crew and fans began asking about his top three leads; Ibeekay, Blessing and Rejoice.
