Nollywood actor Timini Egbuson has hailed his senior colleagues, Funke Akindele and Shaffy Bello.
The trio, alongside comedian Bovi, were part of the star-studded guests at Sharon Ooja’s wedding in Abuja. In a clip online, Timini was seen passing by when he spotted his senior colleagues and paid respect to them. In the clip, the fast-rising actor described them as the most eligible sugar mummies in the industry.

Funke Akindele and Shaffy Bello laughed over his comment as Funke told Bovi to repeat what he said, which he did.

Shaffy Bello was once married, but the actress left her husband in 2017 when she was 45 to pursue a career in Nollywood. Speaking out on her divorce, Shaffy Bello claimed she sacrificed her marriage for her successful career in Nollywood. She stated that her husband didn’t pick a fight over it and gladly divorced her because he is a good man and father and the distance would have affected them.
Shaffy further revealed that she is opened to getting married again as it would be sweeter this time because there wouldn’t be any babies and it would just be for enjoyment.
Funke Akindele, on her part, has been married twice; first to Adeola Oloyede and JJC Skillz. Funke got married to Adeola Kehinde Oloyede in 2013, but they divorced in May 2016, citing irreconcilable differences.
Funke later got remarried to singer, JJC Skillz and welcomed twin boys with him, but the marriage didn’t last as the couple separated in 2023. JJC Skillz shocked the world when he announced the end of his 7-year-old union to the actress, as he admitted that the marriage had been having issues for two years, and revealed that the actress asked him to leave her house, and refused any form of amicable communication with him.
