Award-winning Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage, who recently turned 45, has gushed over her unfading beauty.
Taking to her Instagram page to share stunning photos of herself, she stated that if one can still look good in their 40s, they will forever look good. She went on to appreciate the public for the messages, posts, prayers, and love.
She revealed that this year she felt special, as she urged her fans and lovers to keep sending her gifts.
“If you fine reach 40, omo you go fine forever o.
Thank you for all the messages, posts, prayers, and love. This year I really felt special. PS, it’s still my birthday all month so you can still send gifts”.
A few days back, Tiwa had reminisced on her short trip to Saudi Arabia, as she sent a message to her fans. She expressed her love for her old fans and welcomed the new ones. Tiwa stated that they came at the right time because this one is personal. The mother of one went on to note how she has been in the industry for over a decade, yet every stage, every audience, and every performance is still a moment.
Last year, Tiwa had hinted at quitting music. She revealed that she was working on what might be her last studio album, and stated that she was tired as she noted how she had tried.
Back in October, in an interview, Tiwa stirred reactions as she declared herself among the big 3. Tiwa Savage is quite unbothered by the backlash she received for declaring herself among the big 3. While speaking on the Big 3 conversation, Tiwa said if people were to go talent for talent and mic for mic, she is the big one.
Tiwa has no doubt come a long way in the industry and is one of the biggest female artists in Africa. Last year, Tiwa Savage broke records and made history as the first African artist to perform at the Coronation of a British Monarch. The Afrobeat singer had performed at King Charles III’s coronation ceremony, and she made Nigerians proud with her spectacular performance.
Speaking on her performance, Tiwa stated that someday she is going to tell her son, Jamil that she was the one who performed at the ceremony.
In April, Tiwa went on a brief Instagram rant, talking about people who claim that she doesn’t support other female artists. Shutting the report down, she questioned which female artists have more female collaborations than her. Tiwa went on to make more posts, sharing clips from songs she has done with other female artists, which include; Waje, Ayra Starr, Amaare, Becca, and most recently, Simi.
