Nollywood actress and philanthropist Tonto Dikeh is marking the New Year by prioritizing her family.
Taking to her Instagram page, Tonto shared photos of her, her son, and a man as she gushed over her family. She made it known that she is prioritizing family over everything as she vowed to protect them with her life. Tonto said she was ready for war if anyone wanted to declare war over them. However, the actress, stated that she isn’t stup!d to ignore their foolishness.

You see this, my little tiny family,
I will di@ protecting them with my life.
If they have to prepare for WAR, I am ready too.
But I’m not stupidly ignorant to ignore their foolishness”.
Last year, Tonto had taken a dig at her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill, as she shared the advice she gave to her fellow single mother. Dikeh said she was the one who chose to walk out of her marriage and declared it the best decision. She noted how she doesn’t have a manual to being a single parent, nor is she a pro in it. However, her biggest teacher is love, and she just lets God do his things and draws her strength from Him.
The movie star got married to the father of her son, Olakunle Churchill in 2015, but their marriage hit the rocks in 2017 with claims of infidelity and domestic violence.
Despite their divorce, the former couple still drag themselves on social media with Tonto accusing him of being a deadbeat father, a claim which Churchill denied.
Olakunle Churchill has since moved on to marry actress, Rosy Meurer, who he was alleged to have been cheating on Tonto with. The couple have welcomed two kids, a boy and a girl.
In other news, Tonto shared a deep message about the importance of one’s actions. The mother of one wrote about understanding one’s identity in an environment amidst different people. She added that things done in secrecy have a way of lingering and shaping one’s thoughts, choices, and future.
This message followed Dikeh’s previous post about transformation and growth. She revealed that 2024 had been the most transformative year of her adult life, adding that she experienced growth in every area of life. Dikeh noted that her life was filled with love and moments that made her come alive.
