Nollywood actress, Tosin Adekansola has revealed why she is in support of sex before marriage.
The upcoming Yoruba actress, in an interview with Debbie Shokoya, is of the opinion that testing one’s spouse before marriage is essential to make the marriage work.
Defending herself, she noted how some women are cheating on their spouses because of sex. She reemphasized how essential it is to know your partner’s sex drive before walking down the aisle with him.
“Sex before marriage is good. Test the thing before getting married. Because some women are fornicating while still married because their husband can’t perform in bed or is too overactive in bed”.
While some concurred with her, some disagreed with her, questioning how many partners one has to sleep with before getting married.

Tosin Adekansola isn’t the only celebrity with such a school of thought.

According to the ace actress and brand Influencer, it is important to ‘taste the waters’ and ensure he satisfies you sexually before agreeing to marry him to prevent cheating in marriage.
BBNaija reality TV star, Leo Dasilva had also advised that one needs to know his or her partner’s sexuality before marriage.
In a series of tweets, Leo Dasilva stated that though his words appear to be promoting sex before marriage, it is actually far from it. According to him, while people get to know their partner, it is also important not to neglect the sexual aspect.
Meanwhile, Juliana Olayode disagreed with them as she kicked against sex before marriage, noting how God only designed it for marriage.
She further stated that having sex before marriage tends to complicate things in marriage as one starts comparing his/her spouse’s sexual skills to the exes.
