Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham has made mockery of herself over her outfit to Funke Akindele’s movie premiere.
Kemi Filani reported hours ago that Funke Akindele had premiered her new movie, She Must Be Obeyed, at Film House Cinemas, IMAX – Lekki on Wednesday evening.
Toyin Abraham, who was among the guests at the premiere, had showed up wearing an outfit made of a tight-fitting corset that made it uneasy for her to move around freely.
In videos captured online, Toyin Abraham was seen struggling to breathe as she posed for the camera and mingled with her colleagues.
The video, which has since gone viral subjected her to mockery online, with some calling for her to fire her stylist.
Poking fun at herself, Toyin shared photos from the event on her Instagram page as she admitted that she couldn’t breathe well because of the first.
In her hashtag, Toyin quoted the popular phrase, ‘fashion is pain’, to defend her reason for the outfit.

The actresses put an end to the unspoken rivalry between them that had lingered on for years, when Toyin celebrated Funke Akindele on her birthday, and the latter reciprocated.
For years, there were different reports on an alleged competition between the two box office Queens especially regarding hitting the box office‘s highest-grossing movie with their different productions.
They had tongues wagging when they both chose the same date, September 10, 2021, to release their movies, and Iyabo Ojo further fueled the rivalry.
