Nigerian celebrity designer, Toyin Lawani has expressed shock at an unnamed celebrity level of audacity.
The go-to stylist for many celebrities lamented over how one of her debtors is constantly posting on social media, yet has been ignoring her calls and messages.
Giving the debtor an ultimatum, Toyin Lawani sent a message to her intending debtors to avoid posting fine pictures on their social media accounts.
“People get mind, Sha. How can you be owing someone money and you will be posting lifestyle? He shock me. Wow wow wow, I fit vex tag the person sef. What rubbish. You take people’s business for granted a lot.
If you owe me, you better not be posting fine fine pictures. Amachuchuchu Amachuchuchu imagine for a service provided to you on trust. Shey you will say you didn’t see calls or messages. And you will be on social media posting fake-ass life. Yet you can’t pay people for their hard work. I give you one day to pay or else will tag you. Bollocks”.
Chioma Okoye calls out Oma Nnadi over unpaid debt
Early this year, actress Ima Nnadi was disgraced on social media over an unpaid loan.
Her colleague, Chioma Okoye, claimed that Oma Nnadi had used her to collect a loan from someone. However, the actress was unwilling to pay, and to worsen the situation, Oma Nnadi has been using her celebrity status against her.
Chioma expressed gratitude to some of her colleagues like Anita Joseph, Queen Nwokoye, and others who tried playing intermediary between the two.
She further stated that this has taught her to always have a written agreement before giving loans to friends.
Reacting to her call-out, the unbothered actress and producer took to Instagram to share a video of her living her best life.

Halima Abubakar calls out her colleague, Uche Nancy, over N250K debt
Similarly, last year, Halima Abubakar had called her colleague, Uche Nancy, over a debt.
According to Halima, Uche Nancy borrowed the sum of 250,000 nairas from her and refused to pay it back.
To prove that she is owed a debt, Halima shared a screenshot of a note signed by Nancy as evidence of the debt.
Halima didn’t stop there, she further described Nancy as a slave master who uses actors by paying them peanuts.
Halima ended the rant by saying that she would never forgive Nancy for her selfish lifestyle.
