As Nigerian celebrity fashion designer and stylist, Toyin Lawani countdowns to her big 40, the go-to fashion power house has shared a touching story of her humble days.
The mum of three revealed that when she started styling, no one was involved in it.
She recounted how she had to merge styling with her several businesses.
Reminiscing on how she turned her obstacles to gain, she showed her gratitude to God for how far she has come.
She went on to note how she has become a business mogul and a fashion mogul.
Her passion fueled her, which gave her no room for negative comments and hates.
“GRATEFUL ON HOW FAR I HAVE COME, so many obstacles but I turned them all Gains, lord I’m extremely grateful, I started movement 16years ago nobody was Really doing, styling and I merged it with all my various businesses. Today im a business mogul and A Fashion mogul, so many people talked me down, thinking I will give up or back down, But my passion fueled me.
Many have Given up along the way, due to the stress of running so many businesses in Nigeria, but I’m still here inspiring and motivating with my Talent and various moves day in day out, Lord it’s been you, Grateful for this Body of talent you bestowed upon me, thank you for my Amazing Brilliant Super Talented kids and my super talented supportive husband, that compliment me and my craft and A Team that loves me to bits. I ah e achieved so many things under the Age of 40 and for that I’m super grateful, Thank you Lord”.
