Nigerian celebrity stylist and designer, Toyin Lawani is back in the news again over her Christmas dress, which is currently making headlines.
The go-to stylist of many celebrities ditched the usual pajamas for Christmas shoots and opted for a more creative and out-of-the-box outfit. The wife of Segun Wealth made a dress and a cape from pepper and mop.
Sharing the inspiration behind her outfit, Toyin stated that she has been through a lot this year, which led her to put a lot of thought into her yearly Christmas shoot.
She revealed that her outfit was made up of 1000 pepper and 70 mops and she had a cut and the pepper entered her wound. She also admitted that the cape was heavier than she thought and her back couldn’t carry it for long but she tried her best.

HELL YEAH and the cape was heavier than I thought, my back couldn’t carry it for long but I tried my best, fell severally but pulled it off.

This isn’t the first time, the mother of three is turning heads with her Christmas outfits.
Last year Christmas, Toyin Lawani had turned herself into a Christmas tree.
Toyin Lawani, known for being a fashion goddess, said everyone needed her in their home this season while adding that she decided to be a Christmas tree for some reasons.
In 2021, Toyin had turned herself into boxes for Christmas.
To prove further why she is the Queen of all Queens, Lawani for her 41st birthday depicted the current situation in Nigeria.
The celebrity go-to stylist wore a symbolic masterpiece dress made of silver spoons and pots in her birthday shoot.
Explaining the meaning behind the unusual outfit, Toyin Lawani revealed that the spoon represents the unity of our beautiful people, the silver pot represents a new nation, the black pot represent our will to give whatever it takes and the plate represents children who are starving.
In another birthday post, Toyin had rocked a fried chicken dress.
Toyin recounted how everyone felt she was cr@zy the first time she talked about making a chicken dress on the Real Housewives of Lagos.
Admitting to being cr@zy, Toyin Lawani stated that she is in her own world and ruling in it.
