Music executive producer, Ubi Franklin has opened up on suffering depression following his divorce from ex-wife, Lilian Esoro.
The talent manager in an interview with Tea with Taypod revealed that in 2017, he almost had $5 million but was depressed.
Ubi Franklin disclosed that he felt his marriage crashed because he had no money to fix it. As such, when he had money a year after the divorce, he was saddened at not having any home or friend to share his success story with.
For him, he had no sense of fulfilment despite the millions he had and succumbed to living a lavish lifestyle in a bid to get happiness.
“In 2017, I has almost $5 million dollars but was depressed. I had the best cars. I felt my marriage crashed because I had no money to fix it. A year after my marriage crashed and I was almost on $5 million for investment but I didn’t have a home or somebody like Iyanya.
There was no fulfilment for me. During that depression, I was making mistakes. I spent mights in hotels but he didn’t give me happiness”.
James Brown opens up on battling depression
Similarly, crossdresser, James Brown had cried out over his state of mental health.
The self styled Princess of Africa via his Instagram page, revealed that for the second time this year, he is feeling depressed.
James Brown added that although he had achieved a lot in 2022, but typing can’t express his pains and sadness.
“For the second time this year, I Am Depressed. although I have achieved a lot of this year, life is full of ups and down. typing can not express my pain, and sadness. I am Sad,” he wrote.
Opening up on his depression, James Brown revealed that he suffered a massive loss, which had left him emotionally downcast.
In a post on his Instagram page, the crossdresser finally opened up on his depression.
James Brown revealed that his generator caught fire and his worker accidentally bashed his car into the parlor. The double loss was a big loss which had left him emotionally downcast.
“My Generator caught fire, we ain’t done with that yet, then one of my stu** worker accidentally bashed my car into my parlor. This incident happened two to three days ago. I didn’t want to post it cause I was emotionally downcast, I was sad because of the massive lost”.
