In a recent post on social media, Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has called on his senior colleague, Pete Edochie, to intervene in his son’s marriage issues.
Maduagwu expressed his concern about the silence of Edochie, who is known for his traditional values and principles.
Maduagwu specifically referred to a recent incident where Edochie’s son posted a video on social media celebrating the safe delivery of his child with his second wife while the first wife was mourning the death of their son.
The controversial actor stated that such a situation is unprecedented in Igbo culture and traditions and called on Edochie to speak to his son.
He wrote: ‘Dear Sir PETE, your continuous SILENCE on this matter is unbelievably Worrisome, talk to your Pikin. Never in the History of African Culture, especially in the IGBO Tradition has something like this happened that 1st IYAWO go Dey Mourn her Pikin, and Husband go post video of 2nd IYAWO Jubilating and Thanking God for safe Delivery of her Pikin, is this a JOKE or what?’
Shade Ladipo blasts Yul Edochie for endorsing Judy Austin’s insensitive behavior

Reacting to it, Shade Ladipo blasted Yul Edochie for sharing the video, especially during a sensitive time when he and his first wife, May lost their first son.
Bringing his father into it, she stated that Pete Edochie must be wondering what he did wrong to have a son like him.
She added that the movie star, who has lost the respect of his colleagues and fans, must be an attention seeker.
Shade Ladipo, didn’t fail to also slam Judy Austin for recording such a distasteful video.

Judy Austin finally breaks silence
It was reported on Sunday night that Judy Austin was in a grateful mood as she finally spoke out on her trials as actor, Yul Edochie’s second wife.
In a video that made rounds on the internet, the upcoming actress could be seen emotional as she spoke about God’s love for her.
Judy Austin quoted the popular saying ‘It’s he that wears the shoe that knows exactly where it pinches’.
