Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has tackled her colleague, Ruby Ojiakor, for calling out some of their colleagues over Junior Pope’s death.
Hours ago, the Asaba movie star, who was close friends with the deceased, took to her Instagram page to call out Baba Rex and Adanma Luke, the producer of the movie, which claimed his life and others.
She noted how Baba Rex is using Junior Pope’s death as content on Instagram, while Adanma Luke is allegedly telling people how he begged her for a job rather than grieving him.
Taking to her comment section, Uche tackled her for pointing fingers at them. She noted how people mourn differently as she made her know that they all loved JP and felt his death. She told her to stop accusing people because she couldn’t truly see their hearts.
“Ruby, stop pointing fingers at people, my darling sister. People mourn differently, Asa. We all loved JP, and we all feel deeply hurt for losing him. Stop accusing people because you can’t truly see the true heart of men. May JPs soul and the souls of all the departed find true everlasting peace in God Almighty. I love you, Girl, be strong”.
Uche Ogbodo slamming Ruby isn’t coming as a surprise as she had defended producer Adanma Luke, whose movie claimed the actor’s life. She stated that Adanma was only a victim of circumstances, as she questioned what exactly was her crime for people to be calling for her arrest, as she noted how Adanma is a young woman hustling to help herself and her family.
In another post, she declared Adanma the strongest woman she knows and prayed that her light will continue to be with her.
Refreshing your memory, Junior Pope lost his life after drowning at Anam River in Anambra State while returning from a movie set on April 8th.
The actor was finally laid to rest amidst years in his hometown in Ukehe, Enugu State, in May, with the likes of Destiny Etiko, KCee, E-Money, Zubby Michael, Benson Okonkwo, Chinwe Owoh, Rita Edochie, Uche Nnanna, Queen Wokoma, Ruby Ojiakor and more in attendance.
