Veekee James recently got trolled online for her looks, and Vee Iye has stepped into the chatroom to share her own hot take on the matter.
Vee Iye said she heard about the whole Veekee James saga, and she was disheartened by the whole situation.
Going forward, Vee spoke about how something similar happened to Hilda Baci, after she made a post on her brother’s Tiktok page while she was barefaced.
Hilda Baci used that opportunity to send a powerful message by posting a selfie without makeup, daring trolls to come at her.
Vee Iye said that we live in a world where makeup and filters are the norm, but one thing people fail to understand is that whether you like it or not, you won’t look like your edited photos.
She went on to say that she’s been subject to a lot of scrutiny online, and the only thing she’s done to her body is get rid of acne scars, and nothing more.
Vee Iye also mentioned that it took her many years to be content with her body type, given that her upper body is bigger than her lower body because she has no hips.
She said that it took her a while to accept her body the way it is, and she would never change anything about herself. However, she mentioned that if she ever gets dissatisfied with body shape, she would go to the gym.
Also, Vee Iye addressed people that had gotten work done, citing that she would still catch up with them, no matter how much work they get done on their bodies.
Vee Iye said that the change should start from within, and not just outwardly, and plastic surgery can’t fix that.
