Nigerian Comedienne and actress Adeyela Adebola, popularly known as Lizzy Jay has taken to social media to show the importance of having a confidante in one’s life.
However, the comic actress has recently been part of an engaging reality Tv show Celebrity Come Build Naija (CCBNaija), alongside other celebrities from Nigeria and different parts of Africa.
According to her, everyone needs a confidante to push through the bad days, and on days, you feel the most excited.
Sharing a photo, she mentioned having your person is the best as it stops one from getting through life alone.

Having your own person is really nice. Like you’ll just have a bad day and you tell the person, or you have the best news and that’s the first person that comes to your mind, we are really not meant to do life alone.
