Nigerian gospel singer, Frank Edwards, has said that the 2023 general election is an eye opener as Nigerians are not moved by religious and ethnic sentiments but by daily hardship.
Edwards took to his Twitter page to detail what can be tagged as an observation on his end. Throwing shades at a particular set of people, he said it is the end of an era and they should stop fooling people because of the damage they have done.
He further noted that the 2023 election is not about who is healthy and who can get good medical attention. He emphasized Nigerians not wanting a thief because the country is in a critical condition.
He tweeted,
“Trying so hard to still fool people when their eyes are already open is the height of desperation. IT IS THE END OF AN ERA… At least be human again and see the damage y’all did for many years!
“This period you are going to see the same group of people in almost every campaign… Na money they wan collect. So my own Judgment is; only the one who didn’t throw money around is loved genuinely, just my thought
“The Good thing is Nigerians eyes are open now… these are not the days when 1 influencer can make people vote for just anyone. People are now influenced by their sufferings
“This election is not about who is healthy and who is not, anyone can get good medical attention, not about tribe, not about who’s turn it is!! WE JUST WANT WHO IS NOT A THIEF !! WE ARE IN A CRITICAL CONDITION.
Frank Edwards linked to late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu
Kemi Filani news reported that Edwards was fingered as the lover of late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu.
This comes after Edwards, revealed how Osinachi’s husband was a thorn in the flesh of the late singer.
Reacting to the allegations against late Osinachi’s husband, controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo called out Edwards and claimed that he was having an illicit affair with late Osinachi and made her husband jealous.
She wrote,
“Frank Edwards you’re STUPID! Were you not Osinachi Nwachukwu’s secret lover? Of course her own husband was “jealous” of her. Joy Nunieh should not be dragged into your foolishness. Joy is a real woman & strong one & she once slapped Akpabio for sexual harassment. TELL THE TRUTH.”
