Nigerian famous musician, Burma Boy, during a recent interview with Billboard, talks about his coming album and his Music.
During the interview, He said that he wants to take his sound to “Unfamiliar Countries”.
He added that he planned to penetrate their music scenes with his music.
Burna Boy also added that he is going on another tour soon and he intends on performing in countries like China and the likes.
When he was asked about his growth locally, he said that Nigerians recognize him now only because the world does.
He said “Nigerians love me a lot more now because they can see that the whole world likes me, too. They think I’m something special, but I’m not. I’m just a human whose skill is making music. The way I see it, everyone plays their own role in the world, and no role is more important than the other”.
Furthermore, he was asked how wealthy he is during the interview.
He replied by saying, “You are only as rich as where you come from, and Nigeria has a lot of poverty”.
He also added in his interview that the world should look out for artistes like Naira Marley,Teni and Zlatan.
