Zion Balogun the third son of award-winning music star, Wizkid has stirred the internet with his birthday message to his father.
The Afrobeat singer turns 34 today and to celebrate his birthday, Zion took to his Instagram page to share an adorable photo of him and his father.
In his caption, he stated that words couldn’t express the depth of love and gratitude he has for him. Wishing him a happy birthday, he expressed his love for him.

However in his caption, Zion used death rather than depth, which raised eyebrows, but he has since corrected it.

In March, during Wizkid’s messy fight with Davido, his first son, Boluwatife Balogun, had weighed into the beef after a fan had asked him if Davido’s statement that he and his father wear the same shoe was true. Responding, Boluwatife stated that at least his father doesn’t beg for sex like Davido does.
Last year, in a heartwarming display of father-son bonding, Wizkid and his son, Boluwatife, had gone on a shopping spree. The shared video, posted by the shop owner, showcased Boluwatife confidently trying on some outfits, accompanied by his father, Wizkid, who donned a hat and held a baseball.
This public outing came after a notable moment during Wizkid’s mother’s burial in October 2023 when netizens observed what appeared to be a distant interaction between Wizkid and Boluwatife. Despite this, the bond between Boluwatife and Zion, Wizkid’s third son from another mother, was evident during the ceremony. Despite having different mothers, the two brothers displayed a strong connection, hugging and staying close throughout the event.
